Finding New Courage

Hi, friends.

If you’re reading this, you probably know that I've been talking about lunch stuff for awhile now—since 2017, actually. I had a lot to say even before then, but I was being a little cowardly about putting it out into the world. (Thank you for the nudge, Scott.)

Now I'm doing one of the bravest things I've ever done. I need to find new courage, and more than I’ve needed to...

...get in the ring with this guy:

Let me state the obvious: Tony’s an intimidating guy who could totally flatten me. But instead, he teaches me what it means to be a “real” fighter.

...or to go to work without make-up,

...or publish that very first first blog post.

I hear from courageous people—like you—how the Box Lunch Lifestyle philosophy has shed new light on what matters, and how the method has spurred them on to long-overdue action. If one person’s life has been changed by this idea, that’s a big accomplishment to me. The opportunity to change even more lives...? Like, with a book? That's worth finding some new courage.

So I'm writing the book. I'll keep you posted on my progress, and I’ll count on you to cheer me on, buy me coffee, and inspire future readers with YOUR BLL story. C'mon. Tell me! Be brave, too. And proud. Change isn't easy, but so worth it to live that life you deserve TODAY.

This lunch break revolution wouldn't be happening without you.
